The Multigrain bread is a blend of rolled oats, rolled wheat flakes, rye meal, millet, sesame seeds and flaxseed, culminating in a light grain bread topped with old fashioned oats.
‑ H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Scratch Breads are naturally leavened, no commercial yeast, trans‑fat free, non‑GMO artisan breads made with flour locally milled in Texas. The long fermentation time of these delicious in‑house made breads is what gives them their excellent flavor.
